Breast Cancer is one of the most well-known cancers in the public eye. There are a lot of amazing foundations and organizations raising awareness and funding to find a cure. Commercials mostly mention the physical harm that cancer causes to these brave women. But what about the mental health part? The media doesn't bring enough awareness about the mental health aspect of dealing with cancer. I wanted to shed a light that the mind is a powerful thing and it should be seen just as important as the body.
I hope you enjoy learning more about how breast cancer affects mental health and I would like to thank everyone who participated in making this story possible.
