The Issue

Cancer can take over a person's life physically and mentally. It is important for cancer patients and their loved one to keep in mind that taking care of their mental health is a crucial step apart of the treatment.

STRONG. FIGHT. COURAGE. are words that are commonly used in breast cancer commercials. We see women with smiles on their faces and ready to take on the challenge ahead of them.

But there is an untold truth behind those smiles. There are tireless nights, feelings of loneliness, and moments of being uncomfortable in your own skin.

It is time to recognize the damage caused by breast cancer on women's mental health and help these warriors conquer this life long battle.
